We take great care in quality checking every product before dispatch.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
Refunds
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
